DEPOSIT

To secure your reservation, a security deposit of 300.00 is required no later than 7 days after submission of this application. The security deposit will be returned after the event date if all regulations have been followed and everything is in order at the end of the event.

RESPONSABILITIES OF L'AUBERGE RICHELIEU

• All floors will be washed :
  • Hall, bar, kitchen et toilets.
• Provide garbage bags, toilet paper and hand paper.
• Snow removal if necessary

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We expect the premises, inside and out, to remain in the same condition as you received them.

Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

Please note: If your event has more than 500 people, it's necessary to rent 2 additional portable toilets at your own expense.

PLEASE NOTE

Your rental agreement does not include the mechanical dishwasher in the kitchen.

ATTENTION

CANCELLATION OF ANY EVENT MUST BE IN WRITING AND COMPLETED 90 DAYS BEFORE THE ABOVE EVENT IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR DEPOSIT RETURNED.
