DEPOSIT Your reservation must be secured with a security deposit no later than 7 days after submitting this application. The security deposit will be returned in 2 to 3 weeks after your event if all regulations are followed and everything is in order.
RESPONSABILITIES OF L'AUBERGE RICHELIEU All floors will be washed :Hall, bar, kitchen et toilets. Provide garbage bags, toilet paper and hand paper. Snow removal if necessary YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES We expect the premises, inside and out, to remain in the same condition as you received them.
Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please note: If your event has more than 500 people, it's necessary to rent 2 additional portable toilets at your own expense.
